The bright green leaves are smooth, flat, pliable, and uniform, attached to a narrow, crimson stem. Beet microgreens are a culinary and nutritional powerhouse. Their colorful stems and leaves brighten up your dishes.

What is Microgreen - "Micro greens are tender shoots of vegetable or herbs  whish are approx. 1–3 inches (2.5–7.5 cm) tall. They are consumed / harvested just after the cotyledon leaves or first true set of leaves are developed. They have an aromatic flavor and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.  Micro greens can add sweetness and spiciness to foods. Microgreens are easy and convenient to grow, as they don’t require much equipment or time. They can be grown year-round, both indoor or outdoors"

Growing Instructions 

  • Soak the Seeds Depending upon Size , Large Seeds are Required to be sokaed for 6-8 Hours before Sowing , for Smaller Seeds needs to be washed in water before sowing
  •  Fill your container with good growing medium, such as potting soil or homemade compost, making sure you don’t over-compress it, and water lightly. Alternatively, you can use a single-use growing mat soaked with water specifically designed for growing micro greens. Sprinkle the seed of your choice on top of the soil as evenly as possible.
  • Lightly mist your seeds with water and cover your container with a plastic lid.
  • Check on your tray daily and mist water as needed to keep the seeds moist
  • A couple of days after the seeds have germinated; you may remove the plastic lid to expose them to light.
  •  Water once a day while your micro greens grow and gain color.
  • After 15-21 days, your micro greens should be ready to harvest.
